Gold Package £510 + VAT per annum)

Our package includes:

• Name of Park Owner
• Contact name (Warden, Sales, Sales Manager etc.)
• Name of park
• Address
• Full contact details, including direct email and link to your own website.
• A slideshow of your park with up to 10 photos.
• Full description of your park
• Display all the facilities on your park.
• Display of nearby recreation and facilities.
• Display your logo
• Full directions + location of park shown on a Google Map
• Display any Trade Association Membership or Awards
• Display Guestbook Comments
• Download of your park brochure in pdf format
• Display your Park Rules
• Display your Access Statement
• Sales and/or rental facility to show individual homes, advanced orders and plots available, with up to eight images per home, a floorplan and a 360° virtual tour. There are NO restrictions on the number of homes you have up for sale, in fact, the more the better!
• Advertise your Open Weekends on our home page and in our Open Weekends and Shows section FREE OF CHARGE. They will also show on our Facebook page and Twitter. If close to the time we are sending out an e-newsletter to our subscribers, we also include future Open Weekends on those.
• All parks on our gold package will show above non paying parks in the county listings.
• Opportunity to show your homes on the Right Move website and On The Market without paying an Estate Agency commission.

NEED HELP?

Not to worry – you have two options. Firstly, there are humans always on the other end of the telephone during the working day to help and guide you through the simple procedure.

Alternatively, we offer an administration facility for just £399.00 + VAT per annum payable in advance. You can phone or email us up to twice a month to alter your entry and add or adjust the details of your park homes, advanced orders and plots available.

We have a fairly good library of stock photos and you are welcome to use these, although, we would suggest that actual photos of the lodges on site are always better.

UPDATE 2024

It’s not surprising that there has been a small drop in interest in park homes this year which coincided with traditional bricks and mortar. We’ve had a financial situation, a political situation and to cap it all, new rulings from the Trading Standards Office on how we must display our park homes for sale.

Inevitably estate agents get it wrong! We have seen park homes described as houses, detached houses, bungalows, caravans, apartments, leasehold, freehold, virtual freehold. All of which are incorrect, life according to Trading Standards. However, mostly we see ‘Ask agent’, ‘Ask agent’, ‘Ask agent’, but they are the agent and should do the job properly by displaying the correct and fullest information for which they get paid! Sorry, rant over!

Park Home Living, whilst traffic is slightly down on last year still has very creditable traffic, especially considering we only advertise residential park homes and no other form of holiday accommodation. Our Facebook Group ‘Residential Park Homes For Nice People’ has really taken off with over 16,500 Followers.

Our Property Alert facility is well subscribed and every single park home that our clients upload to their park information page is sent out to all our subscribers interested in purchasing in their county with a link back to the full details.
