We are classed as an online estate agent by Right Move and OnTheMarket, where we can offer clients the facility of advertising their park homes and holiday lodges without having to pay any estate agency commission when they sell. We charge just a small admin fee for a period of 12 months.

Enquiries from both of these property portals are sent through to the client and only the client, in their original format in the way we receive them.

Any telephone enquiries, the enquirer is offered the contact details of the client or that we can send their contact details to the vendor to contact them.

We never ever share property portal leads with anyone other than the client who has paid for the entry.
